What This Is
200x Bar-shaped double-sided adhesive strips (approximately 12mm long) used by watchmakers and hobbyist repairers to secure a watch dial directly to a movement — no dial feet required. Applied in pairs, one at each side of the dial.
These are the strip/bar variant of the widely used "dial dots" consumable. Peel off the backing, press the strip to the movement plate, then lower the dial onto it. The dial sits firmly but can be lifted again for future servicing.

Movement swaps where the dial feet positions do not align with the replacement movement
-
Custom and modded watch builds (e.g. NH35/Seiko-based projects, Miyota swaps)

- Any case/movement combination where securing a footless dial is required
Notes
- These are the strip/bar format — distinct from round dial spots/dots. Both perform the same function; the strip format gives a larger contact area per pad.
- Adhesive is removable and repositionable — suitable for temporary or permanent dial fitting; pads can be lifted cleanly for future repair access.
- Widely used as the quickest and most accessible fix for a broken dial foot, alongside the alternatives of replacement dial feet soldering or pre-made feet.
- Also sold under the trade names: dial spots, dial stickers, dial fixing pads, movement adhesive pads.
