🔧 What it does & how to use
This tool opens and closes screw-on (Oyster-type) watch case backs. The 13 dies cover nearly all Oyster-style backs, so it suits hobbyists and professional watch repairers. The dies grip the case back evenly, so you can turn it without slipping.

Choose the die: Pick the die that matches the diameter of your case back.

Assemble: Fit the die to the adapter and attach the turning handle (wrench).

Position: Hold the watch steady, face down. Seat the die squarely on the case back.

Open: Turn the handle anticlockwise until the case back comes free.

Close: Refit the case back by hand, seat the die and tighten clockwise until snug.
