This pick is designed for lifting out and refitting the small rubber O-ring gaskets found inside waterproof watch crowns, tubes and similar sealed components. The fine pointed tip slides under the gasket edge to ease it free without damaging the seal or the surrounding metal, and the same tip is used to press a new or cleaned gasket back into place.
