🔧 What it does & how to use

These are side-clasp (self-locking) tweezers — a sliding clasp fitted along the shaft squeezes the tips together and holds them shut once closed, so you don't need to keep pressure on the tweezers by hand to keep a small part gripped. This makes them ideal for holding tiny screws, springs, pins, gems or other small components steady while you work, freeing up your other hand for a screwdriver, loupe or other tool.
