This heat-resistant millboard mat gives jewellers, watchmakers and hobbyists a safe, stable surface for soldering, protecting the bench underneath from scorching, flame marks and heat damage.

• Position: place the mat on a flat, stable, heat-safe area of your bench.
• Set up: rest the workpiece on the mat before bringing in the torch or soldering iron.
