🔧 What it does & how to use
These nylon dies sit in your case or crystal press to support and press watch cases, case backs and crystals without marking or scratching the metal or glass. Nylon is softer than steel, so it's the safer choice for glass crystals and finished case surfaces. This set is aimed at anyone whose press kit stops short of the bigger sizes needed for larger watch cases and crystals.

Select the size: choose the flat or reversible die that most closely matches the diameter of the case, back or crystal you're fitting.

Fit to the press: mount the die on the press arm using the 4mm centre hole.

Position the work: place the case, back or crystal centrally on the lower die or press bed.

Apply pressure: operate the press steadily until the part is seated, checking alignment as you go.

Flip for a second size: the 5 reversible dies offer a different diameter on each face, so turn them over rather than reaching for another die.
⚠️ Please check your press uses a 4mm centre pin, as these dies are made to fit that hole size.
