🔧 What it does & how to use
This is a hand-held work holder (peg clamp) used by engravers, carvers and jewellery makers to firmly hold small pieces steady while you work on them. Loosen the side screw to open the jaws, place your item between the head and one or more of the included pins, then tighten the screw to clamp it in place. Fitting pins into different holes around the head lets you vary the clamping position to suit different shapes and sizes of workpiece. The wooden handle can be unscrewed from the metal head, allowing the head to be mounted in a bench vice for a more secure, hands-free setup when extra stability is needed.
