🔧 What it does & how to use

A set square is used to mark, check and true up right angles (90°) on metal, wood or other workpieces. In jewellery and metalworking craft they're handy for squaring bezels, settings, bench blocks, wire and sheet stock before cutting, filing or soldering. Simply align one edge of the square against a straight reference edge of your workpiece, then use the other edge to mark or check the perpendicular line with a scribe or pencil. Having both a 2" and 4" size in the pair means you can use the smaller square for fine, close-in work and the larger one for longer edges or bigger pieces, giving flexibility across different job sizes on the bench.
