Designed for closing bezels and prongs around a stone during setting work — useful for jewellers, hobbyists and repair benches alike. The wooden handle is shaped for a comfortable grip and fitted with a brass mounting rod that accepts each of the 7 interchangeable heads, so you can match the head size to the stone or setting you're working on.
- Select the head size that matches your stone or setting.
- Screw the chosen head onto the brass rod on the wooden handle.
- Place the stone into the empty setting.
- Position the tool over the prongs or bezel wire.
- Press down firmly to close the prongs or bezel around the stone, securing it in place.
