🔧 What it does & how to use
This is an all-purpose injection wax for the lost-wax casting process, used by jewellers and hobbyists to fill rubber or silicone moulds and produce accurate wax patterns for casting rings, charms and pendant components. Compounded from virgin waxes and resins, it stays highly fluid when melted, flows into fine mould detail, and releases cleanly even from intricate cavities.

Melt: Heat the wax to 150–160°F (66–71°C) in your injector.

Fine-tune temperature: Lower the setting by one degree at a time to find the coolest workable injection temperature, allowing at least an hour of soak time between tests so the wax stabilises.

Set pressure: Inject at the lowest pressure that fills the mould, typically 2–10 PSI (up to 0.70 kg/cm²), to minimise flashing and mould lines.

Inject: Fill the mould, then allow the pattern to cool before removal.

Check the result: Consistent low-pressure injection gives repeatable patterns of the same weight, reducing clean-up and metal loss at the casting stage.

Safety: Molten wax is flammable above 350°F (177°C) and can burn skin — avoid skin contact and wear suitable eye protection and protective clothing when working with hot wax.
