🔧 What it does & how to use
This is a small manual rolling mill designed to corrugate thin sheet metal, pressing it between a pair of ridged rollers to create a fluted, corrugated texture — a popular decorative and structural technique in jewellery making and general metalcraft.
The machine has no legs or stand of its own; instead its base is designed to be clamped into the jaws of a standard bench vice, which holds it firmly in place while you work. Once secured, feed a thin gauge metal sheet between the corrugating rollers and turn the handle to draw the metal through, forming an even, repeating ridged pattern along its length.
Suitable for hobbyist jewellers and metalworkers wanting to add texture, strength or decorative ripple effects to sheet metal without needing a full workbench-mounted mill setup.
⚠️ Please check your bench vice jaws are wide and sturdy enough to securely grip the mill's base before use, and only feed sheet metal within a thin gauge — thicker material may not corrugate correctly or could strain the rollers.
