🔧 What it does & how to use

These soft hair brush buffs are designed for light polishing, cleaning and dust removal on metal, jewellery and delicate surfaces where a coarser buffing wheel would be too harsh. Being unmounted, they have no fitted shaft — they need to be fitted to a mandrel or collet before use in a rotary tool, Dremel or bench polishing motor. Suitable for hobbyist jewellery makers, watch and clock repairers, and general polishing tasks.

• Fit to a mandrel: push the brush centre onto a suitable rotary tool mandrel or collet shaft.
• Secure in your tool: tighten the mandrel into your Dremel or rotary tool chuck.
• Add compound (optional): apply a small amount of polishing compound to the bristles for extra shine.
• Run at low-to-moderate speed: start slow to avoid throwing loose bristles or compound.
• Buff gently: lightly pass the brush over the surface, letting the bristles do the work rather than pressing hard.
