Support the movement: Rest the movement securely on the tool's base or a suitable movement holder so the hand posts are accessible.

Choose the pusher: Select the pusher size that matches the hole in the hand you're fitting.

Fit the pusher: Insert the chosen pusher into the presser body.

Position the hand: Place the hand over the correct post (hour, minute or seconds).

Press home: Gently press straight down until the hand seats firmly and squarely on the post.
