🔧 What it does & how to use
This micro collet chuck lets you hold very fine drill bits, burrs and other small tool shanks securely in a rotary tool, pendant motor or flexible shaft machine. The three interchangeable split collets cover a capacity range of 0mm up to 2.5mm, so you can swap between different shank sizes in seconds without needing a separate chuck for each one. The split collet design centres the bit accurately for clean, precise work — useful for jewellery making and repair, watch and clock work, engraving, model making, PCB drilling and general precision hobby use.
To use: pick the collet that matches your bit or burr shank size, fit it into the chuck body, insert the tool shank into the collet, then tighten the knurled locking cap firmly by hand to clamp it in place. To change size, loosen the cap, remove the tool and collet, and fit the next size collet as needed.
