🔧 What it does & how to use

These tongs are made for lifting and gripping a hot crucible or melting dish during metal casting or jewellery-making, letting you pour molten metal safely without touching the vessel directly. The wood handle stays cool to hold even as the jaws work close to the heat, making this suited to hobbyist and small workshop casting.

• Position: Open the jaws and place them around the crucible or melting dish.
• Grip: Squeeze the wood handle to close the jaws firmly around the vessel.
• Lift and pour: Carry the crucible to your mould and tip to pour the molten metal.
• Release: Set the crucible down and open the jaws to let go.
