The set of 12 nylon dies covers a wide range of sizes, so you can match the die to the job rather than relying on one fixed head.

Choose the die: select a tapered die (21mm–40mm) for stepped case backs, or a flat die (24mm–37mm) for flat case backs or flat mineral crystals.

Fit the die: snap the chosen die onto the press head — no tools needed to swap dies.

Position the watch: centre the case back or crystal squarely under the press.

Apply pressure: lower the press steadily until the case back or crystal seats fully and evenly.

Check the fit: confirm the case back is properly closed or the crystal sits flush before releasing.
