🔧 What it does & how to use
This press is used by watchmakers and hobbyists to fit snap-on watch case backs and press-fit crystals without scratching or distorting them. The delrin plastic dies are soft enough not to mark the case or glass, while giving even, controlled pressure across the whole surface. It's suited to both professional workshop use and home watch repair.

Select the die: choose a flat or cavity die matching the diameter of the case back or crystal.

Flat dies: use for pressing flat, snap-on case backs down evenly onto the case.

Cavity dies: use when the crystal or case back has a domed or raised profile that needs to sit inside a recess.

Position the watch: place the case or crystal centrally on the lower die.

Apply pressure: bring the press down steadily and evenly until the back or crystal seats fully.

Check the seal: confirm the case back or crystal is flush and properly seated before releasing.
