The sizes given are measured across the inside edges of the buckle, so simply measure your own buckle's inside width and choose the matching extender for a proper fit.
Made from stainless steel in a silver finish, these fit over the strap and are supplied with 2 free spring bars per extender, so you have everything needed to fit them straight away without hunting for separate spring bars.
