🔧 What it does & how to use
A pencil-style scratch brush used by watchmakers, clockmakers and hobbyists to lift dirt, grime and light surface rust from mechanisms and workings, and to refresh minor scratches on matt (brushed) stainless steel surfaces such as watch cases.
